I started this bright multi stripe bag a couple of days ago. It actually looked more like a boob tube at this stage (or a skirt for an 8yr old). The bold stripes look nice on the RS however when you see the reverse, I think you will agree that once felted the overall effect of the colour blend will be better. If I play my cards right, I will be able to wear it both ways.
The bag is complete now, albeit a few bits to tidy up before felting. I wanted to show the contrast between the bold stripes on the RS and the blending of colours on the WS. It will look great felted - trust me!

The lighting in our home office is pretty dismal and the colours haven't come out too clear in the photos this evening. It's not really that green - honest! Mainly shades of red, yellow, orange, green and caramel in bog standard 100% wool. Thank you for looking once again. I will post updated photo once felted and embellished. Best wishes to you all....Bernie

Cute bags! We discovered that boot dryers are a great way to dry bags while they are blocking. Of course if you don't get snow that often, you might not already have one.
Fun blog, enjoyed the visit.
