It's not knitting, it's cake!

Lookey lookey lookey what we made. It's a banana cake with a cream cheese icing, topped with dessicated coconut. This is a delightfully moist and extremely satisfying treat - you only need one teeny tiny little square to fill you up.

It makes a change from the stodgey shop bought choc puddings, biscuits and cakes that normally leave us craving for more. I love to bake - I'm more of a baker than a cooker - but unfortunately it's something I don't seem to do as much as I used to. It's the cleaning up afterwards that I always dread!
